About the project
AHNA provides agents to major global organisations. The system centralises company operations: project tracking with resource allocation and timelines, an intelligent agent database with skills, availability and project matching, and dashboards with real-time performance data and KPIs.
A client portal lets clients submit project requests, track progress and communicate with the management team; a supplier interface handles quote submissions and comparison. A reporting and analytics module gives insight into operational efficiency, market trends and agent performance.
