Hunters turns recruitment into a marketplace. Companies publish positions as tenders with budget ranges, head-hunters compete to submit the best candidates, and talents, free or pro, apply directly or get represented. Each side sees the same position through its own lens, and the platform runs the whole hiring transaction: candidate submission and in-process tracking, NDA flows for confidential roles, recommendation cards, and deal-closing flows with success notifications.

Profiles carry skills, experience, salary expectations and portfolio links, and an AI layer can fill in a talent's work history and education straight from an uploaded CV. Subscriptions, payments and a points economy are built in, alongside an internal inbox and chat, a personal interview calendar, and automatic matching. A dark-teal marketing site with pages for head-hunters, organisations and talents leads into a role-based onboarding.
